Payment Policies

No Touch Payments
To minimize contact and to protect our clients and staff, it is mandatory to have a credit card on file and pay via credit card. Please contact us in advance if paying in cash is your only means.
Monthly Payments:
Tuition Fees are posted on the 1st of each month. Tuition is DUE on or before the 1st of each month. Your card on file will be charged on the 1st if you have not yet paid your balance via your portal or at the front desk. You may change your card at any time by logging into the student portal or at the ACA Front Desk.
Drop-In Classes & Workshops:
In order to know how many people will be attending a class/workshop, we require all drop in classes & workshops to be registered in advance. As soon as you sign up for a drop-in class/workshop, payment is required. No refunds will be given. Please review our makeup class policy, and we will work with your situation to get you a makeup class!
Private Lessons & Parties:
Payment is due in advance to reserve a private lesson time slot. Private and group private lessons may be rescheduled if ACA is given a 24 hour notice via phone or email.
Reserving Your Space in a Class:
Our classes have limited space. Please understand that by registering yourself or your child for a class, workshop, or private lesson- you agree to pay the amount in full for the class to reserve your space. We often have a waitlist for our classes.
Late Fees:
A $15 late fee will be applied on the 10th of each month if tuition is not paid in full.
No Refunds:
NO refunds will be given. There are NO refunds for missed or dropped classes. Please see our makeup class policy above. In some cases, students will be eligible for a credit on their account.
No Shows:
No shows for any type of class will be charged for the class.
